Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic French native Python Developer / Helpdesk trainee & Help Desk Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, database management, and technical support. The idóneo candidate will be passionate about data, possess strong analytical skills, and be eager to learn and contribute to real-world projects.

Responsibilities

Data Exploitation

- Assist in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various sources.
- Utilize Python and Pandas to clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
- Develop and execute SQL queries to retrieve and manage data from relational databases (PostgreSQL).




- Contribute to the development of data-driven insights and reports.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for data optimization and process improvement.
- Assist in the creation of data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Work with existing code base to extract data from database.
- Work with data from different sources.

Help Desk

- Provide first-level technical support to internal users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic software and hardware issues.
- Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Assist in the creation of knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
