UL Solutions is seeking a Product Owner to join an experienced development team and define the vision and roadmap for our Manufacturing Execution System (MES), specifically developed for the cable and wire industry. The role follows a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and is based in Warsaw, Poland. Define and communicate the product vision, value, and overall context to guide development decisions Work closely with the Product Manager and engineering teams, following Agile principles, to: Estimate development effort Contribute to roadmap management and release planning in collaboration with the Product Manager Partner with UI/UX designers to develop wireframes and prototypes supporting user stories and product demonstrations Support sprint planning and collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure delivery commitments are met and prioritisation is clear Provide ongoing support to the development team by refining user stories and advising on priorities throughout the development cycle Contribute to the creation of product documentation (e.g. release notes, online help content) Take ownership of personal development and career progression in alignment with business needs Contribute to effective product lifecycle processes, including development, release management,



and product support Use standard product management and software development tools effectively Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Business, or a related field At least 3 years of experience within a cable and wire manufacturing environment, preferably in production, process, or quality roles. Exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) would be an advantage.
