What you will do - Monitor brand mentions across social media platforms, forums, and online communities (including Reddit,



Quora, and regional platforms). - Consult on reputation management on platforms, including fostering a neutral and positive discussion protocols. - Respond to negative reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner, de-escalating conflicts and turning detractors into neutral or positive voices. - Develop and implement ORM strategies to improve overall brand perception in LATAM markets. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to align messaging and address recurring complaints at the root. - Prepare regular reports on brand sentiment trends, share of voice, and reputation KPIs.
