SAP Application Lifecycle Management Specialist (Solution Owner)

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Working Model: Hybrid, onsite 3 days every 2nd week.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Application Lifecycle Management Specialist to join a major international S/4HANA transformation programme for a leading general brand.

This is a senior, hands-on role with ownership of the SAP ALM landscape, including SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, Signavio, ITSM and testing tools.

A key focus will be helping lead the transition from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM, while ensuring strong transport, release and change governance across multiple SAP landscapes and deployment waves.

You will work closely with SAP Basis, functional teams, Group IT, project teams and implementation partners across a complex global environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain the roadmap for SAP Application Lifecycle Management
- Lead preparation for the migration from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM
- Manage and evolve SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, ChaRM and integrated tooling
- Support transport, release and change management across multiple SAP landscapes
- Manage CTS, retrofit and production movement coordination
- Support S/4HANA upgrades, go-lives,



hypercare and ongoing operations
- Develop and improve tooling across Signavio, testing, ITSM and project management
- Manage platform enhancements and technical backlog priorities
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures and platform standards
- Work closely with SAP, RISE teams, AMS providers and implementation partners

Requirements

- 7 to 8+ years of SAP technical / ALM experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM
- Strong experience with SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM
- Excellent knowledge of SAP transport, release and change management
- Experience with CTS, retrofit and production transport coordination
- Strong SAP S/4HANA experience
- Background as an SAP Technical Consultant, SAP Basis Consultant or Technical Operations Specialist
- Experience across complex, multi-system and multi-country SAP landscapes
- Experience supporting implementations, upgrades, go-live and hypercare
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Fluent English

Desirable Experience

- SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition or RISE with SAP
- SAP Signavio
- SAP Test Suite or Test Automation
- Experience within Consumer Goods, FMCG or another large multinational environment
- Spanish language skills
