Experteer Overview In this role you will help build and operate a new AI Ops function within IT Operations, focusing on centralizing AI-driven workflows and agents across business and engineering domains. You will work under a Technical Lead to design, deploy, and maintain AI solutions, integrations, and cost visibility while enabling cross-functional teams to adopt approved tools. The position is hands-on and delivery-driven, with a focus on measurable cost efficiency, governance, and rapid experimentation. You will help train the organization on AI best practices and establish secure, auditable agent lifecycle practices that meet Security and GRC requirements. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Build and deploy AI-driven workflows and agents across business and engineering systems • Integrate AI into existing systems (HRIS, ATS, ERP, procurement orchestration, ticketing, CI/CD, developer tooling) • Support model evaluation, risk assessment, and routing of AI models and agents • Develop dashboards and reports for AI/LLM spend and cost visibility • Provision, credential,
