Experteer Overview In this role you will own the Spain SEO/GEO strategy and drive organic growth across the funnel. You will collaborate with content, product, and growth teams to embed SEO into initiatives and create data-driven briefs aligned with user intent. You’ll analyze performance with leading tools, test hypotheses, and iterate to improve rankings and lead generation. This is a chance to shape Factorial’s presence in the Spanish market and accelerate growth through AI-enabled workflows. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Own and execute the SEO/GEO strategy for the Spanish market, covering on-page, off-page, technical SEO and GEO/AEO • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP deep-dives to identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with content, product, and growth teams to integrate SEO/GEO into product and marketing initiatives • Create data-driven content briefs aligned with user intent and conversion goals • Monitor and analyze performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush,
