As a Rental Sales Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless rental experience and maximizing sales opportunities. Maximize sales opportunities by consistently offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services to every customer, ensuring 100% compliance
Utilize effective sales techniques by building rapport through open-ended questions, emphasizing product features and benefits, and skillfully overcoming customer objections
Provide unmatched service excellence, ensuring full customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process
Sales Background: Proven sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Skilled in offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, and additional services
A sales-driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
Idóneo Experience Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role, ideally in retail, hospitality, or automotive sectors Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets Experience handling transactions and working with point-of-sale systems Familiarity with rental agreements or similar customer service documentation is a plus
