This is a full-time entry-level role into email retention - steep learning curve, real ownership from day one, and a clear runway into owning your own client strategy as a more senior Retention Manager down the line. We're a remote-first company , so you're free to work whenever suits you best, just make sure you're online from 12-5pm CE(S)T so we can stay in sync with the team and clients. Own copywriting for pod accounts (5-6) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM # Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing # Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building your own strategic instincts,
