Job Summary We have anexciting opportunityfor an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the HBX Group . Your purpose will be to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged workforce with the skills necessary to support the current and future business strategies of the organization. You will be expected to provide expert level support, consultation and steer to the business in all matters relating to talent and aligning to the latest thinking and approaches in talent acquisition. Responsibilities focus onidentifying and sourcing the appropriate talentneeded to fulfill current open roles within the organization, while at the same time building a talent pipeline needed for business growth, succession planning and backfilling requirements. The remit of vacancies includes high volume positions, entry level positions and supervisory positions across assigned business units and functions. Proficiency in Spanish is desirable but not mandatory. Depending on location, role could be homebased or hybrid. Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will focus onidentifying and sourcing the appropriate talentneeded to fulfill current open roles within the organization, while at the same time building a talent pipeline needed for business growth, succession planning and backfilling requirements.
