Experteer Overview
In this role you drive industrial planning and performance for MAIT operations at the Getafe plant, aligning master production planning with project milestones and performance targets. You’ll work closely with AIT management and production teams to optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements that sustain quality, timeliness and cost goals. You will lead cross-functional collaboration and change-management efforts to embed lean methods and best practices across Airbus Defence and Space. This is a chance to shape MAIT operations in a high-precision, multi-disciplinary environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage master production planning for designated production areas aligned with project milestones and performance targets
• Ensure robust communication between AIT managers and Production areas
• Contribute to the MRP process and related activities within the overall workflow
• Prepare plant-level TSMS reporting and consolidate 3-axis resources plan (manpower, machines, surfaces)
• Validate recovery plans with relevant stakeholders
• Analyze MAIT processes to identify bottlenecks and improvements using lean methods
• Establish and monitor KPIs; develop dashboards and regular progress reports




• Lead problem-solving initiatives (PPS, PDCAs) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Design and implement new processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize MAIT operations
• Drive change management, training plans and material delivery for new methods
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and gain buy-in
• Contribute to best-practice sharing within MAIT and across Airbus Defence and Space
• Manage improvement projects from conception to completion, including scope, timelines and resources

Responsabilidades
• Industrial Engineer or Aerospace Engineer degree
• Experience in project management, manufacturing and production control
• Pro-active and autonomous with strong team-working ability
• Leadership skills to manage multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in an integrated manufacturing team and manage workload across multiple projects
• Organized and compliant with Company, Quality and Hu0026S standards
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
