We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Data Center market across Iberia, covering Spain and Portugal.
In this role, you will combine strategic business development with hands‑on account management. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and position our portfolio of power distribution, energy storage, and onsite power generation solutions within the rapidly growing data center industry.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in business development and sales, ideally with experience in electrical infrastructure, energy systems, or technology solutions for data centers.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the data center sector across Spain and Portugal
Provide consultative support to data center customers, helping them optimize their energy infrastructure for resilience, efficiency, and sustainability
Develop strategic account plans and serve as a trusted advisor to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long‑term business growth
Collaborate closely with business unit sales teams, product management, regional hubs, and other Siemens Energy Business Areas to deliver integrated customer solutions
Support the development and execution of go‑to‑market strategies for data center products, services, and integrated energy solutions
Represent Siemens Energy at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and partner engagements to strengthen market presence and expand business opportunities
Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably within the data center, energy,



electrical infrastructure, or industrial solutions sector (min. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
Good understanding of the data center industry's key requirements, including reliability, scalability, energy efficiency, and sustainability
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, develop strategic customer accounts, and engage effectively with senior stakeholders
Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is considered a strong advantage
