The Time Analyst is an important member of the Global Payroll team and will be responsible for processing time and attendance transactions and/or employee data records directly into various systems. The adecuado candidate is a proven payroll or time expert who has a proven track record of identifying and driving process standardization, automation, and process improvements. This role will partner with key stakeholders to support their business needs while ensuring that payroll is executed on time, accurate and compliant. Review, enter/validate payroll/time transactions and related data in Replicon and Woffu
Compile simple to moderate payroll or time reports for internal payroll validation
Participate in projects /enhancements from development to production including system upgrades or new configuration requirements, as needed
Minimum 2 years of payroll and/or Time and Attendance Experience, preferable with Replicon or Woffu
Technical Payroll experience
Advanced English level (C1) written and spoken to communicate with global stakeholders
Advanced French (written and spoken) will be highly valued
Experience working with Service Now case management and/or other case management tools preferred
Strong Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables, minimally
Knowledge of payroll/time and attendance related regulations, legislation and guidelines for Zambia, South Africa, Spain, and/or Turkey
Experience in Project Management
Advanced experience in Word and Excel
ADP eTime, Kronos, Replicon, UKG or local time systems
Due to the international scope of this role and regular interaction with teams and leadership based in the United States, advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) is required. Part of the interview process will be conducted in English.
