Hiring: Verification Team Lead | Fully Remote (Spain) | €120K

We're looking for an experienced Verification Team Lead to join an innovative semiconductor company developing cutting-edge SoCs.

If you're passionate about leading high-performing verification teams and have deep expertise in SoC verification, UVM, and Low Power verification, we'd love to hear from you.

Location

- 100% Remote within Spain - Applicants must be current residents of Spain

Your Role

As Verification Team Lead, you will:

- Lead and mentor a team of Verification Engineers. - Drive verification strategy and execution for complex SoC designs. - Define verification plans and ensure high-quality verification closure. - Collaborate closely with Architecture, Design, Firmware, and Validation teams. - Review verification environments, methodologies, and coverage metrics. - Support technical decision-making while fostering team growth.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience leading verification teams.



- Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM. - Extensive experience with SoC Verification. - Solid understanding of Low Power verification (UPF/CPF or equivalent). - Experience with industry-standard simulators and verification methodologies. - Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
