Experteer Overview
As Senior Director of Product Design, you lead value-focused design for Factorial's platform, turning usable products into profitable solutions. You will shape the IT space and platform architecture, aligning design with business impact and revenue growth. You’ll build and mentor a 4–7 designer team and manage a 3–4M budget to drive platform-level outcomes. This is a hands-on, AI-first design leadership role that combines strategy, product framing, and cross-functional execution to reduce churn and increase value.

• Define and execute the design strategy for the IT space and platform-level product.
• Lead and develop a design team of 4–7 senior designers, owning people management and growth.
• Manage a 3–4M budget and ensure design work directly supports revenue growth and churn reduction.
• Frame problems with business impact, decide what to build, and prototype/test with customers using AI-first methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align design decisions with company-wide objectives and cost visibility.
• Own the product boundary—determine what should be provisioned, granted, or decided autonomously by the system.




• Use data, research, and customer feedback to inform decisions and demonstrate tangible value.

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years building digital products, with 3+ years leading teams and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Business mindset that uses data to shape decisions and aligns user needs with business goals
• Shipped or prototyped agentic AI products; fluent in agents, tools, context, evaluation, and AI-enabled design
• Experience building design teams end-to-end: hiring, development, tough decisions
• Strong research and problem framing skills combining qualitative methods with business data
• Systemic thinking; map value creation across complex stakeholder ecosystems
• Design excellence with a focus on substance and craft
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
