At Top Doctors Group , we're seeking a Client Manager & Data Support professional who will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with clinics and healthcare organizations within the Top Doctors ecosystem. Your mission is to ensure an excellent client experience, identify opportunities for business growth, and leverage data insights to optimize performance and drive cross‐selling initiatives. Responsibilities Support the onboarding and setup of clients on the Top Doctors platform (organisations, journeys, users, alerts, tags, etc.), Maintain continuous communication and strong relationships with clinics and healthcare clients. Identify upselling and cross‐selling opportunities through data analysis and client insights. Maintain and update client data, including review migration, redactions, and configuration changes to optimize performance and maximize return on investment. Design and manage advanced Excel dashboards and reports to monitor performance, KPIs,



and ROI. Supervise and optimize API connections and data integrations with external platforms. Oversee key operational and strategic processes to improve client management and efficiency. Support business growth initiatives and provide data‐driven recommendations to Sales and Marketing teams. Minimum Requirements Experience in account management, client success, or business intelligence — ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or digital services. Strong understanding of data visualization, reporting, and KPI management. Fluent English is required. Proficient in tools such as Outlook, Dynamics, Admin, Zoom, Teams, and Excel. Advanced in the use of computers and software, including knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheets, web browsing and email.
