This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-impact programs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Europe, and contribute to meaningful business outcomes. Working alongside business, technology, and delivery teams, you will help organizations prepare for change, engage stakeholders, build capabilities, and accelerate adoption through effective change management, communications, learning, and business readiness strategies. Support the delivery of change management activities across transformation projects. Contribute to stakeholder analyses and impact assessments to identify how changes affect employees and business teams. Create communication materials, presentations, newsletters, FAQs, intranet content, and project updates. Support the design and development of training materials, learning journeys, and enablement resources. Help coordinate change champion and ambassador networks.



Contribute to business readiness and adoption tracking activities. Prepare high-quality client deliverables and project documentation. Organize workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Support project governance, reporting, action logs, and follow-up activities. Collaborate with business, HR, technology, and project teams in multicultural environments. Assist in the tracking of communication, training, and adoption metrics. 1-3 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, Learning & Development, HR, Project Management, Consulting, or related fields. ~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related discipline. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools, exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is a strong asset. ~ Analytical skills to measure adoption and business readiness; Power BI experience is a plus ~ Fluent French and English (written and spoken) are mandatory. ~ Spanish or any other language is a plus. ~ Interest in digital transformation, AI-enabled solutions, and workplace innovation.
