As the business has grown so has its operational footprint with its UK Head Office and manufacturing site, they are also based in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Australia, India, and USA.As a result of continued growth, they are looking to recruit a new position of Business Development Manager to be responsible for increasing sales & market share with several key accounts with the preferred base in and around Barcelona.Their route to market is through a wholesaler network.Key Responsibilities will include:



-Working with the Regional Manager to ensure close management of key wholesalers/distributorsIdentify and agree new wholesalers to target for the regionOptimise the breadth of our client's range & increase market share with existing accounts through merchandising and training (at branch level) & ensuring their brand is high profileParticipate in Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, Wholesaler/Distributor branch events & sales meetings as requiredMonitor stock levels & competitor products and activitiesPerform regular training at wholesaler/distributor branches & to installersCandidates' profile, background and experience: -Fluent in English is essentialProven track record of working within a wholesaler/distributor networkExperience in either HVACR, construction, air conditioning, building materials sectorIndependent worker who is confident in using their own initiativeStrong commercial insightProven track record of sales to a wholesaler/distributor networkWillingness to travel frequently (anticipate 75% of time will be in the field)Interested candidates should forward their CV in strictest confidence to Paul Davidson @ PDA Search & Selection ******
