Joko is an AI shopping app that helps millions of users save time and money when shopping online or in-store. It draws on unique assets to deliver the best experience: one of the largest product catalogs in the world, and unique shopping data no one else has to personalize every recommendation. Users can also track the price of their favorite products and earn cash back almost everywhere. Joko is a tech company founded in Paris. Their team of 105+ talents is international and spread across Paris, Barcelona, and New York, with some working remotely. At Joko, our mission is to we help consumers save time and money when shopping online or in-store. Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 105 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design, and Business teams.
Joko is organized into four product tribes, each owning a key dimension of the company's value:

Business lines owns the current core value proposition, covering online shopping, in-store experiences, and gift cards, each run as a dedicated team.
Scale focuses on growing and amplifying this value through growth, international expansion, and shared core user experiences across the app.
Platform serves teams and non user-facing stakeholders, owning internal tools, infrastructure, compliance, and operational scalability.
The Online task force
Online is a task force inside the Business Lines tribe. When a user shops through Joko at one of our merchant partners,

Joko earns an affiliate commission and shares part of it back as cash back. The reason is that the chain has to hold end to end: the user has to see the offer at the right moment, the click has to be tracked by the affiliate network, the transaction has to be attributed to the right person, the commission has to be approved by the merchant, and the cash back has to land. Cookie consent, ad blockers, browser tracking restrictions, competitors racing us for the last click, merchant-specific implementations across dozens of affiliate networks — the domain is a genuinely fascinating puzzle, and very few PMs anywhere get to become expert in it. The work spans every Joko surface: the mobile app, the browser extensions, and the web app. The task force is a small, autonomous team: a Product Manager who owns it, a Product Designer, and software engineers.
A fraction of a point here is worth hundreds of thousands of euros a year, so the analysis has to be right.
Most of the gap is a UX problem. You will run experiments on the widgets injected into merchant pages: the offer prompt, the cash back reminder at checkout, coupon automation, payment options. Fast, measurable A/B testing on real money.
Privacy regulation, browser restrictions,

and last-click competition are shifting conditions you will navigate continuously. Untracked transactions and missing cash back are among the top drivers of Care tickets. Fixing them is a revenue project and a trust project at once, and you will own both sides.
Stakeholders: You will work with the B2B teams who own merchant relationships, with Care, with Data, and directly with the affiliate platforms themselves.
Data fluency: You want to understand how the tracking actually works — browser behaviour, cookies, redirects, backend pipelines. Coding is not required, but you will be deep in the mechanics every week.
Experimentation: You have run real A/B tests and know how to design one that answers a question.
Resilience: Much of this domain sits outside your control — browsers change, merchants change, competitors change. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French is a plus, but it is optional.
Some of the benefits listed below are available to full-time positions only
Versátil remote : If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we can provide access to a coworking space and a coworking budget.
Yearly offsite in amazing locations and budget for team-building events & monthly in-person gatherings
~ The exercise will be relevant to your role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design).
You may also be invited for coffee with team members to get a feel for our culture.
Contract Type: Full-Time
Possible partial remote
