We are seeking a Network Data Analyst to help our team translate data into insights that help customers and internal teams make better decisions. This role works with data at scale. This role represents an entry point into Network Intelligence, focused on analytical methods to customer facing, pre-sales and post-sales adoption use cases. Telecom / mobile-network domain experience is a strong plus. Network Intelligence Analysts provide insights that enables solution success; Analyze large-scale telecommunications and network performance datasets, including crowdsourced measurement data Support pre-sales engagements by providing customer-specific analysis, benchmarks, and solution-relevant data-driven insights Develop clear, customer-ready insights, visualizations, and data stories Support Customer Solutions and Services teams with post-sale analysis and validation to inform adoption and outcome realization Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to ensure data quality and usability 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or BI roles within the telecommunications or connectivity domain ~ Strong SQL skills and experience querying large-scale datasets ~ Experience using Python or R for data analysis and modeling ~ Foundational understanding of mobile, broadband, or internet network performance metrics ~ Ookla, an Accenture company,
