We’re looking for a People Operations Director to join us at our HQ in Barcelona.
Lead People Operations Team and all aspects of HR operations, including HR administration, systems, payroll.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies across all HR and payroll functions.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and HR topics
Monitor and manage HR data accuracy in HRIS and payroll systems.




Identify and lead HR projects that improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and retention.
Lead conflict resolution efforts and advise on employee relations issues in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget, and expenses.
Experienced with Spanish labour regulations
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
