Set an ambitious vision for and lead a global team of 8 experts across Enablement Business Partnering, Program Development, Operations, and AI. Partner with senior GTM leadership to align Revenue Enablement strategy with global business outcomes. Define and execute a clear enablement roadmap that prioritizes high-impact performance needs. Oversee the quality and execution discipline of the general program portfolio, from onboarding to leadership development. Drive the AI transformation strategy, operationalizing AI-powered coaching, call analysis, and automated workflows.
