reporting tools and AI-enabled ways of working that increase efficiency and quality 8+ years of experience within an event agency environment , including significant exposure to pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients ~ Strong experience managing event delivery, operational processes, reporting frameworks and team coordination ~ Demonstrated expertise in resource planning, utilization management, forecasting and budget oversight ~ Advanced knowledge of Cvent and strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 , including Excel-based reporting and analysis ~ Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken (No scrambled oeufs at egg , svp.)
