What We're Looking For.

We're seeking passionate, service-driven individuals who are ready to represent Etihad with pride and professionalism. To be considered, you'll need:

- At least 21 years old.
- At least 163 cm tall.
- A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
- Fluent in written and spoken English—additional languages are an advantage.
- No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform.
- Ambitious, passionate, and excited by a travel lifestyle—you thrive on new experiences and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.

What You'll Earn – Competitive Tax-Free Salary.

Earn up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers,



depending on your roster.
