Experience with oncology patients, administration of cytostatics, and investigational drugs (0.5 points per year, maximum 2 points)
Possession of a Good Clinical Practice (GCP) course certificate (0.5 points)
Possession of a Biological Sample Shipment Training (IATA) course certificate (0.5 points)
Previous experience as a nurse (0.5 points per year, maximum 2 points)
High level of English (B1 - 0.5; C1 - 1 point)
Flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts, according to treatment needs (1 point),

Selection process

Based on the points obtained in the merits evaluation, at least the three best candidates will be selected for a personal interview where communication skills, work aptitude, and abilities will be assessed, with a maximum of 3 points. Only candidates who score at least 50% of the evaluable merits will be eligible for the interview phase.
