Restaurant Director – Ibiza

Our 2 restaurants are well-established restaurants located in Ibiza (Eivissa + central island location).

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on and experienced Restaurant Director to lead our team and continue delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Your mission

- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant with assistance of our current managerLead, motivate and develop a multicultural team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Control labour costs, food costs and profitability.
- Recruit, train and evaluate employees.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Work closely with the owner to drive growth and continuous improvement.

Profile

- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a busy restaurant
- Young dynamic person already working in IbizaStrong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations in Ibiza and cost control




- Fluent English and Spanish are required
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Passion for hospitality, high service standards and attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment
