HERZOG PROJECTS stands for professional property and project management of high-end real estate in Mallorca. For our office in Paguera, we are looking for a dedicated Property Manager who takes full responsibility for managing multiple premium properties and acts as the central contact person for our clients. This position combines on-site property care, client relationship management, technical understanding, and project coordination across the island.

In this role, you will spend valuable time both in the office and directly on site at the properties, ensuring top-tier maintenance and prompt execution of all required measures.

Your responsibilities:

- Independent management of multiple high-end properties across Mallorca
- Serving as the personal contact partner for property owners and international clients
- Conducting regular on-site inspections, condition checks, and documenting any damages or maintenance needs
- Commissioning, coordinating, and supervising craftsmen, contractors, and external service providers
- Managing regular maintenance routines and coordinating smaller renovation or modernization projects
- Requesting and reviewing quotes, monitoring schedules, budgets, and quality standards




- Ensuring consistently high quality standards and preparing clear updates for property owners
- Perspective to take on leadership responsibilities and manage our local branch and team

Your profile:

- Fluent communication skills with very good German, English, and Spanish
- Prior experience in property management, real estate, construction, or project management is advantageous
- Solid technical understanding of residential properties and building installations
- Strong organizational talent with an independent, structured, and solution-driven mindset
- Professional, confident appearance and a clear customer-service focus
- Strong assertiveness when dealing with service providers and contractors
- Valid Class B driver's license
