Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented IT Support – End User Computing Engineer (Level 1) to join our team in Valladolid, Spain. The selected candidate will provide onsite and deskside support for end users, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 deskside / end-user computing support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
- Support Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)
- Assist with user account issues, password resets, and basic access management
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications
- Support printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required
- Document incidents and resolutions accurately
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely ticket resolution
- Follow defined IT processes and SLAs
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum English B2 level
- Minimum Spanish B2 level (certified)
- Must already possess a valid visa and work permit for Spain (no sponsorship available)
- Previous experience in End User Computing / Deskside Support (Level 1)
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently onsite
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Hardware troubleshooting experience (laptops, docks, monitors, printers)
Contract Details
- Duration: 1 Year Full-Time B2B Contract (extendable based on performance and business needs)
- Location: Valladolid, Spain (Onsite)
