Your Role

As a Customer Account Advisor, you will provide high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers across multiple communication channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting customers via Live Chat, email and telephone
- Assisting with customer account enquiries
- Handling questions related to betting, payments and transactions
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Providing accurate information and an excellent customer experience
- Following internal procedures and service standards
- Collaborating with an international customer service team

What We're Looking For

- Fluent level Danish
- Strong English communication skills




- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable communicating through chat, email and phone
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable working within the online betting and gaming industry
- Availability to work a rotational schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to relocate to Malta if not already locally based
