Join our international Customer Service team in Fuengirola, Spain
Dancover is looking for a service-minded and solution-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our office in Fuengirola.

You will be helping customers across our European markets and become part of an international team where we focus on collaboration, good communication and delivering excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in French and Italian and has strong English skills, both spoken and written. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be an important point of contact for our customers – helping them with everything from product and order enquiries to deliveries, returns and claims. You will communicate with customers by phone, chat and email and work closely with your colleagues in Fuengirola as well as teams at our head office in Denmark.





Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone, chat and email
Supporting sales-related activities when needed

Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales or a similar customer-facing role
Fluent or native-level French and Italian
Strong spoken and written English
A positive attitude and a strong focus on giving customers a great experience

A full-time position at our office in Fuengirola
A friendly and informal working atmosphere
Working hours Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 17:00
Qualified candidates will be invited to an initial online screening interview via Microsoft Teams. The second interview will take place at our office in Fuengirola.
