The Product Manager will play a fundamental role within the delivery team tasked with executing against the Leasing - CE division accelerated onboarding strategy that will leverage and enhance our Enterprise Data Platform and subsequent products for the regional markets. Specifically, the Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing Data Migrations, Data Modelling, Data Enrichment and Data Integrations across multiple CBRE systems and products.
The individual must possess a strong knowledge of product management, data platforms, data migrations, data marts, integrations and project management experience.
Advanced spoken and written English is a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities Product Management / Business Analysis
Understand and articulate data requirements, such as

Data model changes
Data transformation rules
Project Management
Lead the end-to-end delivery of data products, ensuring timely execution of milestones.




Draft delivery plans, such as data migration plans
5+ years' experience in product management, program management or technology

~ Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
~ Ability to present your products to external customers, including senior management
Experience with Data ingestion frameworks, ETL, APIs, Snowflake
Commercial Real Estate experience
