This is a highly hybrid role — we are looking for someone who combines strong customer-facing and communication skills with a genuine technical background. Expect a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same: one day you may be scoping and quoting hours for an end-to-end solution, the next you are troubleshooting a complex API issue, building a custom integration, or writing JavaScript to customize a bot experience.



Client Technical Support
Deliver an excellent customer experience by applying deep product and technical expertise to resolve complex inquiries from clients and users via chat, email and video calls.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across APIs, custom embeds, integrations, and product configuration.
Report software bugs and identify trends across widespread customer issues, sharing findings and feedback with Product and Engineering to help improve the product.
Custom Solutions & Project Delivery
Conduct high-level technical discovery sessions with clients during product evaluations, proof-of-concept processes, and ongoing projects, engaging with key executive decision-makers to ensure solutions align with their objectives and needs.
