As the Procurement and Subcontract Manager for the Space Division, you will oversee the entire procurement process for our SmallSat platform and institutional projects. You will translate complex engineering requirements into robust commercial contracts, liaising with the engineering team, the Project Management Office (PMO) and integral suppliers. You will ensure that flight-critical subsystems are delivered on time,



within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Procurement & Tenders: Lead procurement activities for satellite equipment and subsystems; direct the full lifecycle of RFPs, ITTs, and RFQs, including SoW documentation and Tender Data Packages.
● contribute to multi-programme procurement planning, make-or-buy decisions, and Bids & Proposals cost estimations.
● Lead contract drafting and negotiations (ATPs, LLIs, Preliminary Order Letters); own Contract Change Management (CR and CCN) under ECSS standards, with expertise in Long Lead Items.
● Monitoring & Reviews: Supervise supplier performance against cost, quality, and milestones; University degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical/business qualification, with several years of experience in project management featuring a strong emphasis on financial and contractual management, ideally wi
