Qualifications · Master's degree or Ph. D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science, OR equivalent professional experience. · Demonstrated experience in radical photopolymerization, either through: o Professional projects, or o Academic research (Master's thesis or Ph.
