Imperial Brands PLC is looking for a Sales Representative – Southern Europe to help deliver outstanding execution across airport retail locations in Spain, the Canary Islands, Portugal and Italy .
This is a highly visible, hands‑on role that combines field sales, retail excellence, relationship-building, training, and commercial analysis .
Based in Madrid, you’ll spend approximately 60% of your time travelling , working directly with airport retail partners and frontline teams to turn commercial and brand strategies into excellent consumer experiences.
Drive best-in-class retail execution across assigned airport locations, ensuring strong product availability, merchandising, planogram compliance and brand visibility.
Conduct regular airport visits and retail audits to identify execution gaps and take action to maximise sales opportunities.
Build strong relationships with airport retail partners, shop teams, brand ambassadors and key internal stakeholders .




Deliver engaging product, brand and category training to frontline retail teams, strengthening product knowledge and brand advocacy.
Identify sales growth opportunities and support trade and consumer initiatives in line with commercial and brand strategies.
Provide commercial insights and operational support through reporting, forecasting, market analysis and monitoring of sales trends, pricing, stock and competitor activity.
Relevant sales experience , ideally within a fast-paced commercial environment.
Advanced/native-level English and Spanish .
Intermediate MS Office skills and the ability to support reporting, analysis and commercial activities.
Experience in trade or consumer marketing, travel retail, duty free or FMCG is highly desirable.
