As an People System & Automation Engineer reporting to the Head of People Technology, your purpose will be to build the automations that free our People & Culture teams from admin and to own them end to end.
Build integrations and workflows against live systems: BigQuery, Google Cloud, Apps Script, and our HR and hiring platform APIs
Put Claude and Gemini into production workflows, with guardrails and a human checkpoint wherever judgement is needed
Design configurable engines rather than one-off scripts — you'll be the one maintaining them
