The Role




As one of the first members of our Operations team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Support & Operations to run and iterate the processes that power Cledara’s platform. Your work will directly impact our customers and product, and you’ll play a key role in shaping how operations evolve.
You will be responsible for:
Executing exception handling and daily workflows for Cledara’s customer invoice matching process.
Managing routine merchant classification and data enrichment with high accuracy.
Supporting customer payment, reconciliation, and reward payout processes on a recurring basis.
Operating manual fallbacks for automated product features to keep customer experiences seamless.
Identifying recurring patterns or friction points in manual workflows and collaborating with the Product team to implement operational improvements.
