Hereu is an independent contemporary fashion brand based in Barcelona, with a global distribution footprint across premium retailers and our own e-commerce channel. We sit at the intersection of craft and modern design — working with specialist manufacturers and artisans to bring products to life with a strong sense of identity. The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing HEREU's digital presence across social media platforms, ensuring all communications remain consistent with the brand's identity while creating engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement and conversion. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, community engagement and performance analysis, working closely with the Marketing and E-commerce teams.
Develop the content calendar for each platform at least one month in advance, following the general Marketing & Communication calendar.
Coordinate publishing with Marketing, PR, E-commerce and Image teams.
Publish content across all HEREU social media platforms.




Digital Content Creation

Adapt videos and images to different formats and platforms (Reels, Stories, carousels).
Design basic graphic assets for digital campaigns.
Identify opportunities for reactive and spontaneous content.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor performance across all platforms; Recommend optimisation initiatives to support channel and audience growth.
Ensure international accounts stay aligned with brand image and tone of voice; Monitor digital trends and competitor strategies; Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related field.
~2–3 years managing social media, ideally in fashion, luxury or lifestyle.
~ Fluent English, written and spoken.
~ Proficiency with Meta Business Suite/Creator Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, Excel.
