Account Executive - UK & USA Markets

Base Salary: €30,000 gross/year + uncapped commissions
Language: Native/Bilingual English - clear US / UK English accent required
About the Role
Join a fast-growing international SaaS company as an Account Executive focused on the UK and USA markets.
You'll own the full sales cycle , from the first conversation with a prospect through product demonstrations, free-trial management and closing. This is a target-driven role for commercially minded sales professionals who enjoy outbound selling, building relationships and closing deals.
Your Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed subscription.
Conduct discovery calls and online product demonstrations.
Guide prospects through their free trial and convert them into paying customers.
Build relationships with decision-makers.
Work with qualified leads assigned through the CRM.
Make outbound calls and consistently work towards sales KPIs.
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records.




Collaborate with Customer Experience to ensure a smooth customer handover.
What We're Looking For

~1-6 years of commercial sales experience , ideally in:
~ Account Executive / Inside Sales
~ SDR / BDR
~ Outbound Sales
~ Call Centre Sales
~ Lead Generation

Native or bilingual English with a clear US English accent .
Strong commercial and closing mindset.
Comfortable with outbound calls and performance targets.
Results-driven and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working with US business hours when required.
Must already reside in Spain.
Compensation
€30,000 gross/year base salary + uncapped commission
Monthly commission multipliers:

~ Below 80% target x1
~80% target x1.3
~100% target x2
~150%+ target x3

Examples:

100% target €1,200 commission
150% target €1,800 commission
