At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a talented UX Designer to join a leading organization within the Finance Analytics & Planning sector.

This role will support a broad Finance transformation landscape, helping to design modern, user-centric experiences across planning, reporting, and analytics solutions.

Initially, the main focus will be on Planning applications, with the opportunity to expand into Reporting & Analytics initiatives as the role evolves.

? Main responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for Finance Planning solutions.
- Work with highly customizable planning applications built on top of a leading OLAP planning technology (TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics).
- Transform complex financial planning processes into simple and efficient user journeys.
- Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define UX strategies and design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Contribute to the design of analytical dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Ensure consistency,



usability, accessibility, and performance across all user interfaces.
- Support UX best practices across the wider Finance Analytics ecosystem.

? Who are you?
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects.
- Experience designing dashboards, analytics platforms, or data-driven applications.
- Knowledge of user research, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English.

Nice to have:
- Experience with Finance Planning, FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, or performance management processes.
- Exposure to IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
- Experience designing solutions
