At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Account Executive for the Spanish Market to help us support and scale our Sales team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of Closing Deals , you'll be in charge of End-to-End Deal Closing Execution, C-Suite Advisory & Solution Selling , and Revenue Forecasting & Pipeline Management . About The Team Our Sales team is on a mission to connect businesses with the HR solutions they need to grow — and we’re just getting started. Own and manage Sales Qualified Opportunities for the Spanish Market, delivering a premium buying experience from first contact to close.
Identify, guide and support prospects throughout their decision making process until they become delighted customers.
Provide reliable and accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts to sales leadership.
Collaborate closely with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership so customers feel the full power of Factorial behind them.




Work mainly from our buzzing Barcelona office with flexibility to incorporate remote work in line with mutual needs.
We are looking for passion, drive and a spark of ambition. A real passion for sales. Tech savvy with a strong curiosity for digital innovation and how businesses evolve.
Confident using social selling, especially on LinkedIn and other modern sales tools.
Comfortable owning forecasting and pipeline management and communicating around them.
Native Spanish and professional English.
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Experience in Sales or B2B within a SaaS or digital transformation environment.
