ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join a strategic project within an international Group undergoing expansion and integration.

We are looking for a finance professional with strong expertise in financial controlling and accounting who is eager to play a key role in leading the finance function of a newly acquired Spanish subsidiary. This position will be instrumental in supporting the company's integration into the Group, aligning accounting processes, financial reporting, and internal controls with the standards of the Italian headquarters while ensuring full compliance with Spanish regulations.

The successful candidate will lead the finance and accounting function in Spain, acting as the main liaison between the local business and the Italian headquarters. This role will play a critical part in post-acquisition integration activities, driving process standardization, financial reporting excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Project duration of approximately 6 months .




~ Oversee all accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Harmonize local accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls with Group standards.
Ensure compliance with Spanish accounting, statutory, and tax requirements.
Prepare Group reporting packages, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analyses.
Drive process improvements and support the implementation of standardized finance procedures and systems.
Act as the main finance point of contact between the Spanish subsidiary and the Italian headquarters.
Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and post-acquisition integration projects.

✅ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
~5 to 8 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Controlling, or similar roles.
