The Field Service Engineer is responsible for managing and performing the scheduled maintenances, repairs and commissioning, also for generating Leads to grow the business and for giving the best service experience to our customers and will be located in Madrid.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Look at your calendar for today´s and next day´s work orders.
Manage the material needed
Drive to customer site.
Talk with the customer, be an active listener, perform the job and give a feedback to the customer.
Do the report, close the WO, relax and be ready for the next day
The essential requirements of the job include:
Willingness to travel up to 7 days per month in average
Be able to have a communication in English.
Electronics knowledge.
Preferred skills:
Commercial skills.
Good communication and great team spirit skills.
Positive actitude.
