We are looking for an English Teacher to join our team and teach English to children and/or young people.
At DILO, we work with our own teaching methodology based on learning through play, experimentation and practical activities, with less emphasis on textbooks. Our classes follow an established project and programme, so teachers do not need to prepare the content from scratch or spend a significant amount of time creating materials.
Our aim is for students to learn English in a natural, dynamic and enjoyable way through games, activities, group dynamics and experiences that particularly encourage communication and active participation.
The exception is our official Oxford exam preparation classes,



where our practical approach is combined with textbook work and other specific activities to ensure that students are properly prepared for their exams.
Depending on the day and the group, classes may take place at different DILO locations:
DILO Idiomas Centre, located on Avenida de Lluc, 64.
DILO Farm, our Farm School located on the Sencelles road, where the outdoor environment allows us to make use of open-air spaces for learning activities and group dynamics.
We are looking for a dynamic, responsible and proactive person who enjoys working with children and young people and is eager to be part of a different educational project based on experiential learning.
