Our product is designed for operational scenarios involving police, fire brigades, disaster response organizations, and other mission-critical environments, where reliability, security, and speed really matter.

Our organization is fully remote and international. Today, our Engineering team consists of around 20 people working across Android, iOS, Backend, Desktop/Web and QA.
Our core stack includes Kotlin (Android), Swift (iOS), Python (Backend), and TypeScript with React, Node.js, and Electron (Desktop/Web).

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of this Engineering organization.
You will report to the Head of Product & Engineering, who sets the broader direction and ways of working,



while you will be responsible for making Engineering work effectively every day.
