For one of our projects with an International company, NTT DATA is looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Engineer to accelerate AI Journey. Remote from CET working hours.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging capabilities such as Build Agent, Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and related technologies.
Remain hands-on in solution architecture, design reviews, technical problem solving, proof of concepts, and complex AI implementations
Identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities across business processes, workflows, and platform services to maximize business value.
Evaluate emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities and industry trends, providing recommendations on how they can be applied within the organization.
Qualifications
5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including solution design, development, platform engineering, or architecture roles.




Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, particularly in designing, configuring, and implementing solutions using Now Assist and/or agentic AI capabilities
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Build Agent, IDE and Fluent developments
Clear communicator and problem solver
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
