As a Content Operations QA Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that ocean freight data is accurate, consistent, and reliable. You’ll work with detailed contracts, rate sheets, tariffs, and surcharges, carefully comparing source documents with processed data. Your attention to detail will directly influence the quality of information customers rely on when quoting and managing freight. You’ll collaborate with international vendor partners to resolve discrepancies and prevent recurring errors. The role also offers opportunities to use AI tools to make quality assurance workflows faster and more effective. Accountabilities
Quality-check ocean freight contracts, rates, and surcharges populated by partners and AI systems,



validating every entry against source rate sheets and tariffs.
Process a consistent queue of contracts accurately and efficiently while following established QA procedures and documenting completed checks.
Develop a strong understanding of ocean freight rates, contracts, and surcharges to identify inconsistencies and unusual data.
Detect, investigate, and correct data errors before they reach customers, maintaining high standards of accuracy across the ocean content set.
Communicate clearly with international vendor partners when corrections are required and follow issues through to resolution.
Identify recurring error patterns and contribute to improvements in QA processes, controls, guidelines, and documentation.
Use AI tools to streamline and strengthen quality assurance workflows, with opportunities to contribute to the development of new AI-supported processes.
