The Finance Operations IA Expert will support GE Vernova’s Electrification AI Transformation Program through financial operations, budget tracking, KPI reporting, and data-driven insights. The role will drive Standard Work, process transformation, Lean, and AI-enabled automation, while supporting key stakeholders and ensuring operational excellence and effective execution.
Track and consolidate the overall program budget across multiple projects, ensuring data accuracy and financial transparency. Monitor budget performance, identify variances and risks, and provide data-driven recommendations to support financial decisions. Define and track project and program-level KPIs,



providing clear visibility of financial and operational performance. Provide regular status updates on project health, deliverables, progress against plan, and overall performance. Identify and support automation and AI opportunities, including AI-enabled solutions and agent-based tools. Partner with the Program Lead to support strategic priorities, Councils, Technology events, Kaizens, and other key initiatives. Coordinate meeting preparation, content, logistics, actions, and follow-up to ensure priorities and deliverables remain on track. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Project Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to drive execution and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
