- StakeholderManagement:Partnercloselywithseniorleadershiptodefineexecutiveroles,alignonexpectations,andprovidemarket-drivenhiringinsights.
- CandidateAssessment:Conductrigorous,in-depthinterviewstocriticallyevaluateexecutive-levelskills,leadershipexperience,andculturalalignment.
- OfferNegotiation&Closing;:Managethecompleteofferlifecycle,fromcomplextermnegotiationstoensuringaseamless,high-touchonboardingexperience.

Requirements:
- Experience:5+yearsofdedicatedexperienceinhigh-levelexecutiverecruitment(eitherAgencyorIn-house).
- TrackRecord:Provensuccessinsuccessfullyclosingseniorandexecutive-levelpositionsacrossmultiplebusinessfunctions.
- Resilience:Abilitytodeliverhigh-qualityresultsinafast-pacedenvironment,withademonstratedcapacitytomanage5+openC-levelrolessimultaneously.
