Your mission
As a Materials Engineer at Supernova, you will focus on developing, testing, and optimizing the material-related processes that enable our VLM technology. Working at the intersection of materials and process engineering, you will design and execute experiments to understand how material properties, printing parameters, curing conditions, and post-processing steps affect part quality and performance. A particular focus will be working with highly solid-loaded and particle-filled materials, understanding how solid loading, particle characteristics, rheology, and processing conditions influence printability and process stability. You will help translate new and existing materials into robust, repeatable manufacturing processes, supporting the team from early laboratory trials through process validation.
