About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and sales-driven Travel Sales Agent based in Marbella to promote our travel programs, develop new customer relationships and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company’s travel programs. (Mainly Egypt & Dubai)
Generate new leads through networking, referrals and local contacts.
Understand customers’ travel needs and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into bookings.
Manage the booking process and maintain accurate customer records.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve the agreed monthly booking target.
Represent the company professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Key Performance Target
Monthly Goal:



Secure 10 confirmed individual bookings or secure contracts with 10 agencies.
€700 monthly commission upon achieving the monthly target.
Commission is reduced/increased proportionately based on actual bookings achieved.
Adecuado Candidate
Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or sales.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Proactive, well-connected and comfortable generating their own leads.
Target-oriented and highly organized.
Spanish and English fluency preferred.
Existing network in Marbella/Costa del Sol is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Egypt’s & Dubai’s tourist attractions and destinations is a plus
